The Echo of the Stars: Lights in the Cryptoporticus

On the occasion of the celebrations for the anniversary of Aosta’s foundation, Stark transformed the Cryptoporticus Forense into an open-air multimedia storytelling theater. The project created a dialogue between the original monuments of 25 BC and the visual technologies of the future, celebrating over two millennia of history.

The installation embraced the city’s iconic symbols, transforming ancient surfaces into a “living” medium. Through sophisticated high-definition architectural video mapping and holographic appearances, the project narrated the city’s evolution, creating a total sensory experience perfectly synchronized with a spatialized soundtrack.
