Cineca, Tecnopolo of Bologna

Cineca, a non-profit Italian inter-university consortium, aimed to enhance the Tecnopolo of Bologna, Botte C2, a hub for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, located within the former Manifattura Tabacchi. This site is at the heart of a large urban regeneration project in the northern quadrant of the city. The installation features a permanent videomapping on the facade of the Manifattura Tabacchi, which narrates the architectural development of the complex, designed by one of the great 20th-century architects and engineers, Pier Luigi Nervi, up to its transformation into a technology hub.
